We are very pleased to be working with a multi-award-winning clean technology company who supply ground-breaking, load-disaggregation technology enabling device identification and mapping. This allows customers to monitor real-time usage down to device level.

Due to a period of extensive growth, our client is seeking an experienced business development professional to join their team in the UK. 

THE ROLE

  • ­   Working with the internal-sales team in the identification and market mapping of commercial clients selling innovative products into consumers and business

  • ­   Establishing, building and maintaining senior level relationships with these ESCOs

  • ­   Attending international trade events and advising attendees on the benefits of our clients product offering

  • ­   Working closely with the sales director, reporting on activity within the region 

PROFILE

  • ­   Demonstrable experience of successfully selling in the energy monitoring or related industry (ideally 5 years+)

  • An understanding of sub-metering systems

  • ­   Ideally degree qualified or with commensurate experience

  • ­   A passion for new technology and the ability to explain the benefits of our client’s technology in non-technical terms

  • ­   Strong communication skills
