LOCATION: St Paul’s – Please note the company will move to East Croydon in July 2018.
As part of the Registration/Erroneous Transfers Team, the role will be to liaise with internal stakeholders and energy industry bodies ensuring data mismatches and errors are resolved.
Monitor and manage New Customer onboarding, offboarding, re-registrations efficiently.
Managing, raising, accepting & rejecting and monitoring Erroneous Transfer requests.
Reporting on ET handling performances.
Investigate meter read outliers and liaise with third party agents to resolve failures.
Managing tickets that monitor the progress of problem resolution on specific customer accounts.
Use internal systems to update industry bodies with settlement information.
Play a key role in the development of the business.
Streamline processes and workload.
Liaise with colleagues in a range of departments across the business.
Play an active part in the wider industry through industry engagement forums and supplier meetings.
The successful candidate will possess:
A minimum of 1 year’s electricity and/or Gas experience within the energy industry.
Experience liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
Time management and ability to prioritize work load.
Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
