Our Clients’ Energy, Telecoms and Utilities division is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect with experience of the Energy Retail Market to further innovate and deliver solutions for new and existing customers.

The Energy, Utilities and Telecoms (EUT) business unit shapes and delivers solutions at the heart of GB water and energy markets. Our client advises on, formulates, delivers and services some of the largest and most business-critical programmes in the sector.

The Energy Retail team is expanding to further deliver and innovate solutions for existing and new clients. You will work with a wide range of companies including the “Big 6” energy suppliers, major independents and new entrants.

 

Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Solution Architect and Salesforce SME you will help Energy Retailers by providing expert knowledge to the team

You will be involved in the end to end process of delivering salesforce solutions and be a key contributor in developing new business in this area.

You will be instrumental in solution design using multiple salesforce components (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities Cloud)

 

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

To be effective in this role you will have a profound knowledge salesforce architecture, ideally within an energy retail.

You will ideally have a strong contact base in the energy retail market in the UK.

You will have strong knowledge of a variety of salesforce components (service cloud, marketing cloud, sales cloud, communities cloud). Field force and order management also useful

You will also have a demonstrable track record of managing and delivering solution architectures for large scale IT solutions as part of bespoke, package, and service implementations.

Experience in a pre-sales role is highly desirable

TOGAF knowledge would be highly desirable

This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter that can work autonomously, in projects and teams with limited supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital as is the ability to communicate and engage at all stakeholder levels.
