We are currently recruiting on behalf of a company leader in Digital Transformation.

We are looking for one or more Sales Manager figures in the Energy & Utilities market, with extensive experience both from a relational point of view and from knowledge of the processes and problems typical of the reference market.

The people we are looking for must have at least 10 years of experience in the Energy & Utilities market with at least 5 years in the commercial role.

 

The Commercial Director coordinates all the commercial activities carried out within the Division within which he operates, reporting directly answers the Division Director.

Responsibilities:

  •  Defines the commercial strategies and operating methods for the promotion and sale of products / services as well as for the achievement of budget objectives;

  • Coordinates promotional and sales activities;

  • Reports on the forecast and final results of the Division;

  • Guarantees the maintenance of an optimal level of customer satisfaction;

  • Valid commercial offers and contracts;

  • Guarantees the timing and contents of billing orders and the timeliness of collections;

  • Promotes the professional growth of the relocating sales staff and favors their mobility in a framework of productivity improvement.

People will operate mainly in northern and central Italy.
