Our client is a multi-award winning, VC backed growth stage company focussing on developing broad solutions in the electric vehicle market. Having already established themselves as a key player in the vehicle charging infrastructure sector and as an electricity supplier we are now seeking a senior business developer to build partnerships and drive the growth in the “destination” sector of the market and position the company as a leader in the sector as we move towards the realisation of EV enabled energy balancing, aggregated demand response, energy flexibility, V2G etc.
This is a great opportunity for a strong sales person to take grow and lead this division and we are seeking someone who will easily make the transition to managing director.
Proven B2B sales track record in the EV, Charging Infrastructure, Demand response or wider energy sector
Must be initiative - can identify customer's needs/ objectives and create deals that deliver value for both parties
Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
Will ideally bring great relationships with external parties (3rd parties, suppliers, installers) and be able to influence and drive these partners to deliver
Must be self motivated and passionate about the transition in the energy sector and on our roads
Comfortable and able to thrive in a highly innovative start- up environment
