We are proud to be working with a highly innovative, well funded, energy supply company in the North West of England who are keen to hire a a quality assurance manager to work in their telesales team with the potential to expand this function across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of a quality assurance programme within the telesales sales channel

  • Ensuring compliance with SLC25 and the management risk register

  • Documentation of team performance using a variety of medium

  • Offering training and support to team member in the telesales team

  • Internal stakeholder engagement and relationship management

  • Ensuring compliance by third party service providers

Required Skills/Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK energy supply industry

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)

  • Experience in analysing large data sets to recognise trends and preparing reports of findings
