We are seeking a Principal / Management / Director level advisory consultant to provide strategic leadership in Asset Management across the Transmission and Distribution sector in Spain and Portugal. You will ideally be based in Madrid but we are open to other locations.

You will be an innovative thinker capable of shaping a value proposition and winning and delivering strategic transformation projects. You will have a passion for technology and the energy sector.

The Asset Management space is a rapidly evolving area, experience in any of the following areas are heavily recognised:

  • Relevant consulting or business transformation experience in Asset Management

  • Enterprise Asset Management tools such as SAP PM, Maximo, NRX Asset Hub, Asset Answers or Oracle

  • Asset and maintenance strategy

  • Ideally you will have worked with high voltage applications, AC, HVDC etc

  • Experienced in practices such as asset optimisation, Maintenance & Reliability, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Risk Based Inspection etc

  • Mobile solutions such as Syclo and ClickMobile an advantage

  • Data / Predictive Analytics

  • Implementation of process and target operating models across Transmission and Distribution clients

  • GIS implementation

  • Ability to demonstrate operational content skills in utilities industry

  • Proven track record of leading / managing Asset Management projects successfully

Required Skills:

  • You have 5-7 years of relevant professional experience and/or consulting experience, typically within Asset Management operations and/or projects in the Energy industry

  • You have deep contextual understanding of Energy and Asset management, both from business and IT point of view

  • You connect well with IT and technology thorough your understanding of Digital technologies and solutions within Asset Management

  • You are familiar with one or more of the following areas: Asset management and/or operations experience from the Energy industry, Asset Strategy, Asset Investment Planning and Maintenance Policies, Enterprise Asset Management solutions and Project Portfolio Management Solutions, Asset Analytics and advanced maintenance strategies/condition-based maintenance, Asset modelling and information governance

  • With the desire to continually learn and improve own knowledge and understanding you are proactive, pragmatic and can work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral. Additional lange abilities advantageous but not essential

  • You have a relevant master degree within science or economy with good academic results. Applicants with bachelor degrees combined with extensive experience within the relevant field will also be considered.

Consistent growth has created a number of opportunities within our client’s European operation and as a result we are seeking to recruit an experienced project delivery manager. This is an outstanding opportunity to work at the cutting edge of data analytics and artificial intelligence in the energy and utilities sector. This is an outstanding opportunity to work at the cutting edge of data analytics and artificial intelligence in the energy and utilities sector. We are therefore seeking to engage with experts in data analytics and AI with experience of applying these disciplines to the energy and utilities sector. You will ideally have worked on or have a strong understanding of smart meter data or electrical network management solutions or a similar sector such as telecommunications network management.

Knowledge and experience in providing SaaS and of Cloud based technologies such as MS Azure, AWS, Google or similar solution is essential.

You must be fluent in both English and Italian. You must be an excellent and confident communicator and you must have a passion for this sector.

We are seeking an innovation lead to take the helm of the SPV and the overall design leadership responsibility of solutions around vehicle to grid, demand response, home energy storage and market 2.0 for the end user consumer.

Naturally we would be very interested in speaking with thought leaders in this sector, keen to develop new models and revenue markets around this rapidly growing technology niche.

Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the current demand response mechanisms (DNO/DSO and National Grid) and how to structure DR products around this. Advantageous is a background in one or more of the following: energy markets; connected home; battery storage; demad response; electric vehicle charging or vehicle to grid systems.
