We are currently recruiting on behalf of an innovative, fast-growth, energy supply business in the North-West who are seeking an experienced marketing professional to manage all aspects of marketing and brand activities for the business.

This is an insights driven role working closely with the sales and marketing director to deliver company objectives. The role will cover all marketing channels but has an emphasis on digital campaigns.

You Will -

  • Develop the marketing strategy

  • Manage all advertising / promotional activity

  • Develop third-party relationships for strategis marketing

  • Manage all social media profiles and presence

  • Use analytics to determine marketing productivity and constantly refine the marketing strategy according to these findings

  • Work closely with the strategy team in product development and pricing

Your Profile -

  • 5 years+ of marketing experience

  • Experience of developing marketing and brand strategy

  • Strong skills in analytics and report writing

  • Experience in the UK Energy Supply market is highly desirable

PRODUCT MANAGER HOME STORAGE BATTERY (m/f)

Our client, a global leading battery brand from Bavaria in Germany, is currently seeking a passionate and creative mind for the role of a Product Manager for Residential Energy Storage Systems. Responsible for P&L on one or more product lines worldwide. You will be a straight forward, self-aware, adaptable personality with a solid background in electric engineering, sales & business management.

You will manage a small product management team and provide leadership to maximise profitability and growth in line with company vision, values and strategic objectives, defined by management and agreed annually.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Meet Overall Global Profit Contribution Margin Expectations

·        Meet Overall Global EBITDA budget expectations for current financial year and and build foundations

to meet EBITDA expectations for next and future financial years.

·        Select the projects which will maximize the profit contribution and EBITDA ongoing

·        Identify evaluate and generate business case for new products, projects, partnerships.

·        Work with existing partners and Identify opportunities for partnerships. Evaluate and generate

business case for new partnerships.

·        Manage a small team:

o   Set objectives, establish performance goal for each employee, and continuously monitor performance.

o   Design and implement an individual continuous improvement program for each member of the team.

o   Being social and professional

·        Develop & maintain strong relationships with: The clients Sales Team, Key & Strategic Accounts, Partners and Potential Partners

·        Assists in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans as required

·        Monitor and provide feedback on the activities and sales and marketing activities of key competitors.

·        Review all processes and procedures to seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

·        Set and Manage all appropriate cost budgets

·        Strong analytical and creative skills, entrepreneurial spirit and willing to work in a mid-size company

Consistent growth has created a number of opportunities within our client’s European operation and as a result we are seeking to recruit a pre-sales engineer to support the region. This is an outstanding opportunity to work at the cutting edge of data analytics and artificial intelligence in the energy and utilities sector. You will help influence customer behaviour as we transition towards the energy market of the future.

We are therefore seeking to engage with experts in data analytics and AI with experience of applying these disciplines to the energy and utilities sector. You will ideally have worked on or have a strong understanding of smart meter data or electrical network management solutions or a similar sector such as telecommunications network management.

Knowledge and experience in providing SaaS and of Cloud based technologies such as MS Azure, AWS, Google or similar solution is essential.

You must be fluent in both English and Italian. You must be an excellent and confident communicator and you must have a passion for this sector.

With a portfolio of services encompassing demand response, energy storage, energy management & asset control systems we are seeking to recruit an experienced market development professional to spearhead growth internationally.

  • You will drive the overseas growth effort from beginning to end. You will:

  • Lead the identification of market opportunities

  • Instigate and drive key decision maker engagement across the sector

  • Identify and target potential partners

  • Lead market and region by region regulatory analysis

  • Identify and define business case development

  • Define technical requirements and influence product development

  • Go-to-market strategy design and implementation

  • Lead go/no-go decision making

  • Lead high level client account management

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of taking solutions in to new territories or markets. You will be adept at establishing partnership and alliances and influencing stakeholders and customers. You will have deep understanding of international energy markets. A technical background or domain expertise in energy optimisation, flexibility or demand response is an advantage.
